Food is always great. Love their birrieria. I been going there for years. I'm not in san jose no more definitely stop by when I'm in town.
The Food and service is a 5! The tortillas are made fresh, the birria was amazing ! It is Chivo (goat) However the restaurant environment and theme feels outdated and the music is loud like a cantina. Great place to have birria and beer, not so much kid friendly. It is located on a shopping center parking lot so there's plenty of parking.

Better than average menu, economical - reasonable prices that appear not to have risen in the latest inflation surge. Friendly service, tasty tacos, and a Mexican jukebox! Lock your car and take your keys and belongings, but otherwise, enjoy!
Birria is always on point, goes well with one of their Micheladas...place is always packed...
This is by far one of the best Mexican restaurants in the Bay Area, the flavor is pretty accurate and their birria and hand made tortillas is unmatched. They also have menudo on the weekends! The staff is hard working and always has a smile on their face, I've been coming 6 years and I've never had a complaint or anything, only good memories from this place and their food.
